The Town of Elba Court has resumed monthly traffic court. If you fail to appear or fail to plead by mail your license is subject to suspension.
Elba Criminal Court is the 4th Wednesday of the month @ 5:00.
Elba Traffic Court is the 2nd Wednesday of the month @ 5:00.
