PAPER RECYCLINGThe Elba Central School Field and Stream Club has a paper recycling receptacle in the School visitors’ parking lot. Elba residents are encouraged to drop off their paper recyclables at this bin. This is a fundraiser for the club and the money earned will help support their conservation activities.
